Hey guys im a semi long time lurker and long time smoker but this is my first attempt at an outdoor grow. I grabbed a few clones from a local dispensary, Triple X OG(Indica) and Sour Diesel(Sativa). I then grabbed a bag of Fox Farm 100% Organic potting soil and transferred them into two 3 gallon pots and poured in B12 transfer solution for the roots to protect them from the stress(.5 gal of transfer solution per plant). I have my babies soaking up the sun on a 12 on 12 schedule starting off at 8am ending at 8pm and im giving them like a gallon of regular tap water a day.Ive been told to start nutrients after 3-4 weeks which are Botanicare Nutrients. If you any suggestions for me or criticism is welcomed.Oh yeah and here are some pics:

The Triple X OG(Sativa) has not taken off yet and im afraid it has shock from the transfer. Can anyone weigh in?

get a mesh shade sheets and set up an grow area for the shade
dont hammer it down cuz on cooler days you remove the shade (great for rain too during flowering )
that will stop the curling for the heat stress

peace

Dammm you got dead leaves all over the soil... and they looks either burnt or unhealthy as fuck. What set-up you got?

@Jaza,I see the dried leaves but they are from another plant that was near it. How do the leaves look unhealthy?
@
FTgrower09 I just have them outside in 3 gallon pots in soil and thanks!

Nice grow. I wouldn't worry to much about the leaves. But next time think bigger. Maybe try fox farm light warrior in those containers then after a month move them into 100 gallon containers using Ocean Forest or a similar organic potting mix. For fertilizer keep it simple, look for an all purpose dry fertilizer thats organic and will release slowly. This way you don't have to stress about feedings. You simply feed once every two to three months and water with a water hose. Epsoma and Kellogg make good dry fertilizer. A bag runs under ten and should last 1-2 years.

Looks great and a good time to harvest if you want a cloudy trich high, but if you want a couch lock stone and extra yield than you should wait a week minimum before pulling. Just my opinion, good job man!

Thanks codster25. This was my first ever outdoor grow and I had a few hinderances but she came out to be a beauty. Also I believe a few of the sugar leaves are browning at the tips. so I was afraid she was dying and I was going to cut her down today depending on the responses I received.

I'm in the same boat. I have 1 left outside, and worms
Have been after her ass all season. You could spray her with
BT and let her go for 12 more days, then hose her off real
Good the AM of harvest, let her dry in the sun, then
Chop her. That's what I was gonna do, but 2 weeks has passed
And she's still not done to my liking.

After i noticed the first worm i constructed a cage and put a praying mantis in there and i was good. I did not have to use BT or any other chemicals to stopped bugs. I just dried my buds for a week now im going to throw them in mason jars and commence to burping :)

So i cut her down on 10/23/12 but here are a few pics minutes before the harvest. I also think i may have screwed up because I had my harvest in a garbage for two days in the dark but not ventilated well because I had not setup my room yet. I got it setup on the third day in my room with a 4in fan and carbon filter but Im not sure if that caused them to dry to quickly because my buds feel extremely brittle and dry. I tested a stem and it snapped after a nice amount of pressure but i still put my buds in mason jars and i will continue the process just to see if they will regain some moisture.
