Outdoor Grow in SE pennsylvania

I currently have 6 outdoor plants growing from some excellent buds i smoked. They have been outside since the day i planted the un-germinated seeds, 16 days ago. They are all about 3 inches tall, with three levels of leaves. One one of the plants however, a lower level leaf starting curling at the tip? i know this is usually due to over-fertilization but they are in organic soil and i have never fertilized. Does anyone know why this is happening? its annoying as they are all healthy and already smell when i rub the leaves. :joint:

Could be something in the soil, something organic that could create a hot spot in the soil under your plant. Or possibly water ( from you, the rain. etc.)
is of Ph wise.
