outdoor grow question

Hi guys, ive been growing for few years outdoors, had very good plants etc..

anyway this year im strapped for cash, (morgage/rates/petrol sigh)

so i cant really afford to get soil/neuts and whatnot.

so question is this, i have really good soil from my compost heap been goin for like 10years or so, use the soil every now and then for veggie patch, i was just wondering how decent do plants grow, without nuets just normal water and pretty good soil? sunlight isnt an issue im from Australia.

(its northern lights, i know its more favoured as an indoor plant, but for last 4 years had very good grows with it, but i was using bat guana)

Plants grew fine w/o humans messing with them and they still do.

thanks for quick reply, its just with like bat guana or whatever you use increases bud size, is the boost in bud size very great? compared to just growing them naturaly
