Outdoor growing and the feds

Hi I was just wondering if you live in california and you have 3-5 plants will a helicopter spotter even bother with your crop? Or are they more interested in busting large-scale operations with intent to sell?

Thanks!

They'll throw you under the jail for 3-5 in cali !!
Didn't you get the memo ?1?!

Seriously tho the most you'd get is a slap on the wrist from the local police department if someone complains about them.

The feds wouldn't get involved over your 3-5 plants..

Youre good
I'm in the same boat as you (5 plants)
And I could care less about flyovers

You would have to be doing something extremely stupid to get popped for 3-5 plants on the fed level. I'd say you are as safe as the rest of us. ;)

The feds won't mess with you because they just don't have the time. Local law enforcememt could stop by to say high and ask to see you recommendation. If you have one then they go away if you aren't legal then they will take your plants at the least.

it costs thousands of dollars to fly those things so dont worry about that at all. With that said just dont piss off the neighbors and dont have a barking dog in the back yard. My buddy got busted here last year, had a party, loud and shooting off fireworks with the gate wide open, lol, here come the po po.

Was only two plants, probation.

I had a PD chopper fly over my house yesterday when there were 4 of us in the backyard trimming and cutting clones lol >,< and I've got 24 plants. No worries here.

feds only go after people with money or land to take. If you have a bunch of paid off stuff they can take, they might become interested IF you have an illegal, large grow. 100 plants plus, and lots of toys and real estate, that's what gets the fed involved.

exactly,I got a buddy that has about 32 plants and there super huge! he`s been growing for 2 years now and this will be his third outdoor crop. he doesnt have neighbors close by and the closest neighbors have a few plants also. he says as long as your not growing and trying to get paid you wont hardly think about the cops:blsmoke::eyesmoke::sleep: cause they wont be thinking about you!

Feds, no. Sheriff, yes.

DEA gets fed money for free to use airforce pilots to get hours in the air in exchange for spotting gardens, look up Civil Air Patrol (CAP), planes with the red stripes.

My buddy grew five plants last year( Mendo County). Legal, but neighbors complained.

Task force raided.
Fairly new car/nice furniture/some expensive artwork; got taken. Because of no provable source of income...

He's still paying the lawyer and is probably looking at fines.
Around these parts leo buys their toys and has a lot of fun with raiding muthafuckers.

There are bigger fish to fry, but if it's convenient they'll look at the easy pick'ens.

Just sayin.:bigjoint:

had to be doin more than growing 5 legal plants, or the task force was just interested in finding out info on another case!

No, five plants aren't the reason they raided. The Sheriff's are hurting for money. He had a few, recently purchased, nice things laying around w/o a way to prove how he paid for them.... He was also on government assistance.
The neighbors complaining about the 5 plants were the excuse to raid.

You know the song "Imagine", when John Lennon asks you "imagine no possessions"? My buddy doesn't sing that part anymore...

99% of the time people get busted because they showed their crop to somebody or they have enemies or nosy neighbors. It's seldom because of random spotting by aircraft.

As long as you aren't a Dick of a neighbor you have nothing to worry about ....

I even offered my neighbor a clone but he said he prefers coke lol smh.
We started talking about weed and he was telling me how he used to grow in Mexico before he had kids.

So be cool/respect your neighbors and you shouldn't have any problems.

Edit : he already knew I grew cause we went half on a new fence to seperate our yards last year and he saw my rubbermaid grow.
