Outdoor Light

I have a quick question. I grow outdoors and only check my plants at night due to various factors. I use my cell phone screen as a light to see what I'm doing.

Does a cellphone lcd produce enough light/lumens to interrupt the darkness during flowering at night?

I use my cellphone to check the plants and I haven't had any problems with doing this, just wondering if I'm secretly stressing my plants by giving them a few minutes of light from my cellphone in the middle of the night.

Any help or info be great! Many thanks!

no way man! i wouldn't think so, plants are stronger than that in my opinion! If you left it all night on it, then that'd be different...but i still dont think it would do anything thats a little light ;)
