ok i have done hrdyo inside , and outdoor growing of quite alot of strains , i understand alot of people have no choice but to go hydro due to their laws and well maximum control of the elements , some things i have noticed out door faster taller vegging and more yields , indoor similar time frame shorter plants and less yield a maybe somewhat better quality buds , so my question to the experts how about a topped or super cropped or even fim ,tied down/ scrog vegging outdoor and the inside for introducing flowering ?

* i have selected out/indoor strains
* organic grow media in maybe 15-20 gallon pots
*co2 during budding inside
hps or red flowering leds ( still yet to decide when the time arises)
3 axial fans

for me i have no restrictions for in or out door , i just want bigger better quality buds and control of my environment (no inscets ,disease and pollination etc from anyone else that might be growing and less problems with outside

i would love to hear what you guys got to say

The sun is always the best. But, you have to accept the bugs and dealing with weather.

Sounds like a lot of work to me. If I was a plant outside, being brought in would be a let down. Also, you run the risk of bringing bugs from outside in. I would have a regime of spraying them as then come in. But, if you have the time, you can do anything.
