outside:bud depot purps vs dna purple wreck

im jus wondering wat you ppl would pick if u could grow one or the other outside. bc bud depot purps or dna's purple wreck? give a reason too why you would pick it and for plant quality too nothing to do with the companies rep's or w.e okay. im trying to narrow down my purple strain maybe ill get both who knos any feedback is much appreciated : ]

I currently grow PW and it is INSANE

from the pics I have seen of cali medical purps don't even compare to PW.

I haven't seen a purp strain better than PW

They turn pretty much all purple....the whiteness of the thrichomes cover the purple

Good to see. Purple Wreck is next in line. Let us know what the high is like. It's gonna have to be something to top the Barney's Farm LSD. Just did two grows of that and it's amazing. Very trippy with a sit down finish. No opinion on the BC purps other then they know how to grow purps up north.

I have heard many people lately loving the Purple Wreck (like when attitude didn't have any).. but then again I have also heard some good stuff about The Purps.. personally I would go with PW, trainwreck is ill..

Never had purple Wreck but the purps is now my fav out of 5 strains I grow( including desile)
Ps: bcbuddepot gave me 16 seeds insted if the 12 I ordered. They were good to me, but subcool said other people had problems with them.

thanx for all ur input so far guys. ya im think pw but ill most likely give in and buy both even if i dont plant em all like i was planning.

oh very very nice broski. that jus happens to be one of the other strains im getting. how do u think it will fair outside and wat was ur yield like? i like the idea of the trippy cerebral high : D

I grow hydro but it has a chance to get to 5-6' outside I'd say. I supercropped a bit and it still got to 34" inside. Last grow was about 3 oz per plant total dry. It was easy to grow and took max nutes without a bother. I did also fim and that helped. Nice big wide braches and kind of had to tie it together at the end to keep it from falling over from the weight on some of the bigger buds. Have clones about 4 weeks from finish now. They are shorter because I was not in a hurry and just vegged with one 105w cfl instead of the two I used when growing from seed. Figure double your veg height for the total grow height. It lives up to it's advertising. Trippy and smiley at first and then you relax with that peaceful pause. Not bad on the resin side. Certainly not a white strain or hash plant. Just a really good hybrid but then again I love Skunk. Herb of my youth! LOL!

and 3oz per plant hmmm i could live with that, 5 fems hopefully i can get a nice mother out of there, hopefully no hermie problems either i grow weary of hearing shit like that but im jus gunna plant em and love em. positive thought positive thought positive thought. no hermans no hermans no hermans.

Strains have little chance of a hermie. Haven't had one yet! ( Knock on wood). Just keep them out of long term stress and things work out just fine.

I'm more experimental than you CC. I'm at the stage where I know what I'm doing and can fix anything that happens so I guess you can say I'm looking for trouble and trying things like different strains, maybe ebb and flow or 5 gal. bucket grows and possibly breeding a custom strain for my needs and wants. You'll get there too in short order. I' m going for some Purple LSD at some point. Sort of a bigger bud LSD. Maybe throw in some Big Bud at some point. See how my mind wanders!

ya all my current plants are in 18 gallon buckets right now and we super cropped the fuck out of them ha ha. ive always heard from older growers that sum stress is good for a plant too. like at first we had a sort of sog outdoors but they were stretching and getting no thickness in their stems so we put them out in the open spread out and after sum windy weather they started to thicken within the next two days like....alot. so wat do u think about that? do they need a little tought love sumtimes?

You just exercised your plants. They need wind to move back and forth a little. It micro breaks the outside "skin" of the plants. They get bigger like your muscles get bigger when you use them. That why I have an oscellating fan in my grow room.

yea super croppin is tight . i have to say i have a littel ocd to having a level canapy lol. so i keep bending to keep it that way n lett the little guys catch up. i think i did my last bend batch today cuz shit i started flowering on sat i dont want to fuckey myself. did those pics of that bud that guy look hella small to anyone cuz i wasnt impressed to some pics ive seen?
