Outside of buds dry when drying?

So I'm just drying my first ever crop and I need some advice I've been drying for about 4 days now. The temps are around 20c and humidity is around 55-65 although was down to around 45 for a day or so

So my question is that the outside of the buds are quite dry but the stems are still bendy. So should I continue to dry as the mositure will make it's way from the centre to the outside right?

correct, it's a false dry, give it a few more days

Chuck is right. The last thing you want to do is jar em early & get the dreaded MOLD.
