Outside temps? And vegging inside?

I live in the east part of the Northwest. It gets warm in the summer with afternoon temps occasionally in the 100' f range. Should I plant in full sun or maybe a little afternoon protection? Also what about vegging inside in soil under 24 hr mh then moving plants outside in the late spring/ early summer to bloom naturally? any thoughts. Thanks

its definitely warm enough over there to do so, i would just look up the night day pattern for your state and make sure its going to be about 12hours of light and 12 hours of dark. also just some food for thought indoor bud is usually denser than what you get from outoor and since you have mh bulbs i think you'd be perfect flowering indoors.

I was thinking of trying some Traveling Thai from Nirvana and wanted to be able to let it get as tall as it can. Iread in this forum somewhere that it can get 10'-12' high.
