it shouldnt, just dont use fertilizer for the last 2-3 weeks, the plant should retain enough nutes during the last stages of budding. i smoked my overwatered crop one time, it died cause of poor drainage, i was trying to wash the nutes out, it tasted bad. ppl overfert all the time so it shouldnt have any long lasting effects on taste, it just depends if ur crop survives.
