hey guys. i have a lady 25 days in to flowering. i have been watering every 3 days and using 4 20oz bottles of distelled. im usuing a 3gal bucket.

ok so the problem is that usually the last 2-3 times ive watered i noticed that the water that was in the tray in the bottom was soaked up pretty fast. and tonight when i watered with the same amount as usual the water is still sitting in the bottom 2 hours later. does this mean too much water? what should i watch for to catch the early sign of over watering? just drooping leafs? thanks guys.:joint:

you guys need to get off the schedule ...

when your plants tell you they need water and/or food ... you feed them

its really that simple

You will probably find that if the temps have dropped then your water is not evaporating like it normally does so this could have caused your over watering. Its something you have to adjust to along with the demands of the plant. Just monitor them closely and you will learn what your babies like, keeping a journal of temps watering times etc may help with this.

If your in soil you can tell when it needs watering again quite easily. When its watered feel the weight of the pot, it will feel heavy. When the soil is dry it will feel a lot lighter, then you water.
