Oversized autos

Hi again guys, need a little advice.

Everything seems to be going well. After i topped them, trimmed them a little and switched to 12/12, They seemed to suffer some shock and some of the leaves went albino which had me worried, but after a few days they recovered and all the new growth appeared healthy. So over the next 2 weeks i chopped away the white leaves and they continued to grow to the point where i am now almost back where i was before i topped them, however they seem to have slowed in growth and are putting on healthy looking flower :D. The bad news is the fungus gnats are back in force and some of the baby shoots growing from the bottom half of them have dark edges on the leaves and are wilting, I have been trimming these off because i figure they cant be good just left there to rot. I have sticky traps and a layer of sand in the box but i cannot do anythign about the drainage holes which is where they seem to have migrated to, I plan to get some dunks or other pest control to deal with it but any other advice in dealing with them would be welcome ^^

The main advice i am looking for is regarding a powercut i seem to have had today which meant the lights went off for 1 hour and 50 mins at some point today, I didnt discover this until i noticed they were still on past bed time. So my question is... Given that i dont know what time this occurred because i wasnt here at the time, should i just reset the timers and continue with the usual light cycle or should i switch them off for 24 hours? I really dont want hermies... that would suck :(

you might be able to take clones off them on 24/0 if they dont flower, i dont think theyre autos. but do what everyone suggested, do some clipping then 12/12. introduce flowering nutes about 5 days ahead of time before you put them on 12/12.
