Those party cups dont let roots breathe so really let soil dry oput before watering so roots can breathe. Youd be surprised how well cannabis can hold without water before it wilts. I rather have a plant wilt a bit than go limp from too much moisture, it can always bring a root problem.

Okie dokie, thanks. I have drainage holes but yeah. I'll let them go dry a while

Its neither , the reason for the droop is a roughhouse transplant. Try not to bury half the plant in future.

The worst thing you can do is let a pot dry too much too often, this is how you get salt build up and air pockets giving you all sorts of issues. The best way is to water untill runoff every 1-3 days, when its dialled in you get no droop from drenching the pot and it needs more 2 days later, medium sized pots. Moisture stress causes a lot of problems down the track for eg leaf yellow and drop in flowering affecting the final weight.
