Oxnard, CA: Just Acquired MMJ!!! Hooray for ME!

Yo people. Just coming in to say that I finally acquired my mmj and have been interested in checking out some shops in the SFV area. If you know of any, let me know! So far I've visited West Valley Patient Group and West Valley Caregivers.

The Patient Group was focused on the Pure Kushes (FIRE!!!)
-Epic Malibu PK FTW!!!

While the Caregivers were very broad with the sativas on their menu
-GREEN CRACK

Seriously I must say that green crack is far and away my favorite strain ever. Fully functional, clear head, uplifting, energetic, euphoric, visuals. Awesome...

Thank you for the welcome, man! I've had my eye on blue dream for a while now tbh and I can't wait to give it a try (even the green dream :p). I'm very particular about my strains so this profile seems to work best for my day time smoke. Thanks again for stopping in dude

Noted. So funny, growing up 99% of the smoke I got was indica so I figured all weed did the same thing. It wasn't until a few years back that I opened up to the varieties and what not. Love me a potent indica for evening no doubt, but that's mainly to watch movies and kick it which is not as often as "work, daytime activities/responsibilities, household chores, etc" which for me requires some energy not lethargy. Thanks again ... have a good day

Man you need to spend a little time in front of a good bud tender at a dispensary. :) I guarantee you will have an eye opening experience as well as learn a lot about strains you may never know about. Also look into high CBD strains like Harlequin. They have great medicating properties without the cloudiness of being "high".

Good luck and have fun! :D

Yeah you're right! Just now getting accustomed to a few shops around the area and I plan on doing more and more research as the weeks go by. I'm not quite impressed by a shop that will go nameless that slangs their herb in a strip club hoping to sell more with pretty smiles. Look, I'm a huge fan of ass like any man, but please don't try to think I'm gonna go all "goo-goo eyed" for some young tender that knows dick about the strains. That is more insulting than fun. I'd much rather have a budtender who knows a lot and offers sound advice (I'm sure there are tons out there). Like you said though, I'll just have to find one and keep doing experimenting.

I wish I could recommend something to you but I am from NorCal so I don't have much info on places out there.

There is a club out here that has a cute little budtender that strips on the side. My wife and I LOVE talking to her as she is as knowledgable about bud as she is cute. Found out she plays Xbox too. Might have to invite her over. LOL ;)

If you have any questions feel free to ask. If I don't know the answer someone her will. :)

Ventura here. Welcome to the scene. Give Hollyweed a try...70 strains and nothing over 45 per 1/8. They used to have a hash bar where wax hits were sold right there. With all the Fed attention they're putting that on hold for a while.
