Do you have exhaust outside the basement? carbon filter??
These should be your main tools to control odor.

I have an ozone generator & use it to reduce odor of my exhaust while drying my harvest. On occassion, I have used it when opening my grow box, to control the odor that escapes my internal carbon filter.

Remember that ozone can be harmful to you & your plants at higher concentrations. You need to manage your ozone levels where you have enough to kill odors, but not impact others. I use it as a 'last resort'.

From wikipedia

Ozone is a powerful oxidant (far more so than dioxygen) and has many industrial and consumer applications related to oxidation. This same high oxidizing potential, however, causes ozone to damage mucus and respiratory tissues in animals, and also tissues in plants, above concentrations of about 100 ppb
