Palm Soil?

Okay so i just figured out my leaves are maybe turning black (on edges) and yellow (better in center) because i use freakin palm soil? But thats not all,plus i draw freaking fungus gnats in this shitty soil,so not only i need to buy some better quallity soil that is not for fucking palms (who the fuck grows palms at home?!) now i need to buy freaking NEEm oil,anybody have experience with freaking palm soil?

Actually my girlfriend bought that shit,i told her nicely buy me some good potting soil and she bought that :facepalm:

Look,dont have phone its broken at the moment,but this pic will get you idea of my leaves, (my leaves are smaller,younger plant,first set of leaves etc..) plus they are yellow in the middle and maybe less dark but they are dark on the edges like that but maybe less of it,this is just to get you idea what i got...

Also i forgot to say N-P-K of the palm soil is N-1,03 P-0,136 K-0,44

eh its ok,i see the newer leaves dont get dark like that so maybe its ok,no idea,cheers!
