Paranoid - Ordering seeds & privacy

Hey all. I'm totally brand new to this.

So I'm looking at some seed companies and on the order form they ask for my first and last name. Is this necessary? Why do they need my real name if I'm going to send cash?

I would rather use a business name and post office box. I think I'm on the right track if I do it that way.

Their stealth shipping option is well worth the extra $11, the t shirts are cool. Seriously, unless you are ordering 200 seeds, they have bigger fish to fry than you.
