Party cup SoG? will it work with my plant? REP

So my blackjack plant is about a month old now, at 7" tall, with a decent number of leaves.

Here's what I want to do:
I'd like to take about 5-6 cuttings, let them root for a week in a cloner. Then plant them in party cups under a bunch of 2700 CFL's. From what I've read about SoG it seems pretty simple, but, I'm somewhat new to this and so I've got a number of questions.

- Will a single party cup be large enough?
- What kind've yields can I expect from 5-6 cuttings?
- Is there anything important I should know about SoG?

Thank you in advance to all you cool motherfuckers on RIU, I'll leave some good rep.:bigjoint:

Go look in the Forum FAQ. There is a section in there about different grow methods and there is at least a couple articles about SOG. The cups will work, but with that little soil to grow in, you probably will only yield a gram or two per plant. Why not try bigger pots? The more soil your roots have to grow in, the better your chances are of harvesting some quality smoke! Good Luck!

He can deffintly get more than a few grams. just look at SICC's https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-growing/265034-party-cup-cfl-grow-83.html. I'm about to start a party cup grow! I hope.

I am a new grower. Growing in a party cup is something everyone should at least try. As a matter of fact I just finished one. Lets see....Afghani Bullrider, miracle grow soil, fox farms nutes, cfl's. only veged for 3 days. I figure I'll get 4 to 5 grams out of it. It only took 58 days from cut to harvest. Thinkin on SOG next. good luckView attachment 19988581-2-12 AB done and TW and party cup 023.jpg

had to see if it would work first. when I try it with the sog I'll probably top them once. for two colas a piece. Im planning to use 16 oz. beer cans to grow in next. tape them up in groups of 4. use subversive watering. 1 week veg time. Would have started already, but cloner got a fowled sprayer. Hopefully I can start my sog in two weeks.
