Passive intake location

I'm laying out my next cabinet build.

Inside space is 46" wide, 22" deep, 70" tall.

I plan on doing a scrog, Should my passive intake port be below the netting or above the netting?

Generally, how tall from the top of the planter to the netting should I plan on putting it?

Suck as close from close to the floor, that is where the air is coolest and CO2 also tends to settle at the bottom in high concentrations.
