PC Fan wiring

Hello

For my 12v pc fan; not sure wich of these two adaptors to use?

One is a 4.5v from a screwdriver charger with two wires (simple enough but I presume the fan will only run at half its power?) or the other is a house telephone charger with 4 wires???, this one is output 1 = 6.5vdc, output 2 = 9vdc, not sure what it means to have two outputs? 1 and 2.

You have to look at the amps too. I have tried this a couple of times and I gave on the converters. Instead, I found and old computer power supplies, You can set a jump it on it so it acts like it is hook up to a computer and hook up the fans to that.

The two wire one says 0.9VA, the 4 wire one says output 1 300mA, output 2 150mA.
