PC grow, but a bit bigger

I have a 3 ft. grow box and was gonna try the PC growbox set-up by using 12 on/ 12 off after the 3rd set of leaves come through. They say w/ a PC type you should use the flowering method as they sprout. Think it will work?

Any feedback would be great.
