Peak terp production 'times'?

Wondering if anyone had any experience or opinions on whether cannabis has a sort of biological clock specifically for producing larger amounts of terps.... I know that overall health is first and foremost in that department. But is there a time period, or more than one where the plants clock starts taking in the kind of elements/amino acids and nutrients that really facilitates that? I know the whole stress thing can make a plant more resinous..blah blah. Im talking how do we support its life system to do what it wants to already do?

I have seen the anecdotal etcs of stress-techniques to induce plant "overridrives" , but imho I think one can achieve the same results with such practices~

In-regards to cannabis sat/ind/rud bio-terp clock, there certainly is such a window but it i'm assuming its genetics/strain specific-- so each one would have a diff window~ but like I mentioned, not entirely sure :P
