Perlite with NPK????? Soil Help

Alright this isnt my first grow but im all out of promix locally until the spring and i just hit up attitudes december promo. Im going out to try to find a decent medium to grow to use this winter and normally i use organic nutes w promix. Does walmart or home depot have any decent brands? Another problem i have is when i go to get perlite at walmart made by MG it comes with an NPK are these natural? or added? and sorry wasnt sure exactly where to ask

perlite is just a form of volcanic glass, i have perlite from mg too and its does have npk in it, its added.

I noticed on my last trip to Walmart they had like 10 different types of soil, all from a parent company named miracle grow! They had literally one brand that wasn't mg, and I bought it.

so their synthetic? I think itd be counter productive to use mg perlite with an organic soil. I mainly use FF Big Bloom, Happy Frog All Purpose and Bulb Food and synthetics kill your mycros. But I do have a shit ton of synthetic Nutes that i havent used. Ive been thinking about starting a stinkbud aero system but right now i just need some decent soil to mother these plants in. Maybe ill go to home depot and get some scotts, i really dont like the idea of mg organic.
