Perpetual with clones, two tents

Guys, I need some general information about photo plants and clones.
I have two tents and I want fasten harvest time with clones instead of autoflowers. Because summer will be quickly here and going 12/12 will be better choice. Also some electricy savings are always welcome.

So... One tent is 80x80 cm and other is 60x60 cm. With bigger tent I get 375g from two autos, so I want that yield with two photos too. Or better of course. I'm using coco/autopots.
How long do I need to veg two plants to fill out that tent? 30 days, more, less? I will search for 49-56 days strain, I also have some F1 fast version from Sweet seeds, should be ready in 49 days of flowering. Or some WWxBB from Female seeds maybe. Any recommendations with real flowering numbers, strain choices?

Another question is about clones. If I take them just one day before flip to 12/12, I have around 49 days for vegging them. If I understand right, 14 days they develop roots and don't grow much? So I get 35 days for veg clones. Enough to fill 80x80 cm tent with two and then flip clones?

Im trying a similar thing atm with 2 tents both 150cmx150cm 2m high running 4 plants each hoping to harvest every 2 months. Take my clones 1 week prior to flip and have a 60day critical mass. I also plan to use my flower room to dry which will add another 10 days to the process. Leaves 70 days for clones to root and veg before they get flipped. Ideally they will root within 10 days and be planted in just after the others go to flower and the buds are dry which gives them 53 days before they are cloned and another 7 days recovery prior to flip. Dont know if it helps in your situation and growth rates are highly dependent on the grow style, environment etc. I went from having 1-2cms a day to having 4-6cms by upgrading my pump to a higher flow rate last week. Just made me realise how many factors influence growth rate.

I don’t like flower anything under 60 days, I just can’t seem to get the right pheno or flavor. But if you have the right plants, you should be able to do your perpetual grow easily.

I do think when you take clippings while waiting for the others to Flower— You May encounter the veg plants getting to big in that 35 day window...so you may want to think about topping them as soon as the clones root

Yes that should be enough time if your veg area is set up right. It depends on your strain as well. If you find you need less/more time cgange the size of clone you cut as well. I have toncut tinies to make my perpetual go

@JohnnyCypher tag me in please, when you start your journal.

@BMWEATER that's nice to hear. Better have jungle than empty space. Is rooting time depending on size of clones and on the flowering plant?

@GeneBanker same question for you as above, can you answer please? Do you have journal here? Please tag me in.

I dont have a journal here. I may do one ob my upcoming. I find they take a little longer when they are small. I root in soil and dont wet it or dome them past the second day. My winter clones take longer most likely the cold, I have a makeshift clone area. I start mine in the bottom of a 16.9 oz water bottle. Then go to a solo. Its more steps but you can make it last till you need. I wont lie the last week van get dicey if you arent on your toes. Youll get your timing.

I also would consider cutting twice the amount that you intend to grow. They all fire off at different times, and some will be bigger. Give yourself options of a starting height. Also leaves room for duds/mishaps, or homies that need.

I run a 2.4 x1.2 tent for flowering generally consisting of 13-15 plants at different stages . Just put 2 in a week and by the time ur first two are ready you’ll have a weekly 2 plant harvest . Also run a 1.2x1.2 vege tent with mother’s clones and revenges always at varying stages , basically a nursery and plant quality control .. running 1800wt in total with five seperate fans plus one carbon filter setup wt silencer . Scheduled perpetual is very difficult I find as some plants take longer than others even when cloned at same time etc etc so in most cases you’ll find ya get 4 plants one week 1 the next 5 the next then maybe none for a freight period but it always has a variant I’ve found ,

I decided to flower only 2 plants at the time, not 15. Read first post.
But thanks for coming in.

Yeah I read it ,was just giving u an insight on how I find perpetual to be .... if you vege for 35 days in a 80x80 tent with 2 plants room will be tight in my opinion ... ya can’t really day count and say I’m gunna vege for this long before you’ve started you have to flip wen it’s time to flip , also wt type of light you using ?? In that small of an area led would be advised as hps would more than likely cook them unless using a 250 wtt or air conditioning , & ur harvest was the 375 gm wet or dry weight ? If it’s dry weight you have done a damn good job to get that weight out of that area imo.

If they get bigger I can top them, no problem at all. Problem would be, if they're small.
I am using DIY COBs, so temps are okay.
375g dry of course. Two autos.
