Pests or what?

I was watering my plants today and picking yellowing leaves. On one of them I found yellow spots and small white dots.
What could that be and what should I do, as I am quit late in the flower?

Looks like eggs, if you have an iPhone triple click the side button and get into zoom mode and pluck a leaf. Put the phone on a Dixie cup to keep it steady and check for mites, If you see them there is nothing you can do late in flower. Good news is that if it's late in flower and you don't have webs then you got protein.
