Pests!

So i checked my plants today (see journal in sig for setup etc) and on one of them (the one under the 55 watt and 23 watt cfl's) there are hundreds of little tiny black things that are thin and they are just jumping around in the soil/all over the lights. Some are in some runoff water dripping into a little tupperware thing i have next to my aero system cus its slowly leaking. They seem to only be on that one plant, which in the last four or five days has developed brown crunchy outsides of leaves (although i think thats from heat cus its was 95 here yesterday). Any idea what these are/how to get rid of them??? I'll prolly get pics up tomorrow in my journal.
