Ph and TDS meters?

I've been reading the "How to grow marijuana" topic and it sounds like I need meters, any recommendations? I researched and worked on lights for a friend but I'm clueless on growing and I don't think he really knows much either.

Any other good guides for the clueless? I'm thinking of using potting soil in a 2 x 2 space with cob LED.

You don't need meters. They can be used to help a little, but most people overthink these things. People have been growing these plants for 1000's of years without such frilly stuff, and people still do grow without them.

And the amount of chlorine in your tap water isn't bad for you plants either. Some people put chemicals in their water to dechlorinate which is worse than the chlorine. Chlorine is actually an essential micro nutrient for plants, but people read that you shouldn't use tap water and believe it.
