It's very easy, View attachment 2316789
1, the power supply line of fire then ballast L,
2,power zero line the N connection SN58 trigger N and lamp one end,
3, ballast intermediate terminals then of sn58 trigger middle end,
4,ballast output termination triggers LPthe high-voltage output terminal and the other end of the lamp.

The input terminals of the line package, I do not see the relay with a timer normally closed to the point, will be able to control the timing disconnect.

Control timer switch action in mind, with a timer, normally open / normally closed contact control relay to pass on / off

Close the switch K1, timer KT work, the relay of A1A2 is energized contacts closed, the ballast work. After the timer has expired, the timer delay the turn-off operation, relay power down disconnect, turn off the lamp.
