Now i live in the pa,
but not in philly.

I've been to philly and camden,
and it's the definition of a ghetto.

Philly has the highest murder rate,
so is it really that bad there?

Like any body been there or lives there?

I have lived and spend a lot of my time in Philly. The city really isnt that bad, but its worse then most major cities. As long as u stay smart and dont do shit to attract crime its a pretty nice place to be. There is a lot of shit to do in Philly, and if u like smokin there is good weed here. Keep in mind that 2/3 of the weed here is dirt but if u find good shit its usually really good, nothing compared to Cali though.

Just some idiot
I know the murder rate is up in Philly but to be honest with you I haven't noticed. I never felt Philly was all that bad honestly, like any other major city, it has good places and bad places. As for crack and heroin I never noticed that either, I'm a pothead...lol. As for the ghetto I don't know about that either, there is a lot of money here, but once again like any other city it has it's bad neighborhoods.

Now Camden....that's a completely different story...yikes!!!

I live in philly, It's not like your gonna walk around and have to worry about getting shot.
although my neighborhood is pretty bad. last month there were 3 shootings on my block. all you have to avoid is being someone that someone wants dead, or wants something from. all the shootings have been between 245 and 400 when the kids get out of school. also, philly has weird neighborhoods. like where I live, it's bad but the next block east is really nice. and vice versa, north philly is the same too, at least in some parts. Until you get to kensington area, its not consistently run down or getto. west philly too, is pretty bad in places. the temple area even, which is north broad, I dream about putting the spotlights they have on campus on my babies. They seem more powerful then the sun. but yeah, they light that place up like it's 3 pm at night. so, there are patches. But I've lived all over this city. never been robbed so long as I wasn't stupid. (Like counting bags in needle park). as for south street, well, it's having trouble retaining some of there artsy fartsy roots. and the rock n roll stores are being replaced by jewelers. Go fucking figure. Philly, as much as I love this city is really getting annoying. there are a couple places you can go, and it's really pretty out here. the music scene is okay, though not too many people come to support local bands. and true, when the weed is good, it's good!
