photo period shift ?

i wish to move my light times back an hour. ie 700am -800pm change back to 600am-700pm would this have any ill effects

no worries. I should have said that I have knowledge of this due to adjusting my lights when our clocks are put back and forth here in the UK! I like to have the 12/12 lights on run through the night from 6pm-6am. Many dont bother because they think it will hurt them, they are wrong!
