pic of my genetically mutated and browning plant.

people has asked me to post pics on my browning leaves (which you can see, the plant overall looks pretty healthy except for the browning tips of the leaves closest to the ground) and while I think the browning question has been answered as a matter of over-feeding, another question has risin..Is my plant retarded?? (the pic with the retarded looking leaves). When it was a seedling starting to veg., all the leaves for about four sets of layers grew at once and really retarded like!! Is this the type of plant or is it something to do with genetics???

The heathier looking plant is really nice. the main stem has thickenned to become quiet huge! (yes this is my first time growing). It has 5 layers and each layer has already started sub-layers or branches but it only rises to about 6-7inches. I was wondering when I will know when best to start flowering. I know you guys will ask me how long I have been growing but I will admit that I forgot. This is stupid I know but its fact, I forgot..So are their any signs I can look for in a pot plant rather than specific dates alone? (if it helps its been at least a couple months) The healthy pic is the one that says afghan.

veg the plants a little longer. keep it on a 18-6, and feed it for length. try maybe L.S.T.-ing the plant and then switch up the cycle to 12-12.

the bent one looks like epinasty.. maybe got your nutes out of whack early on, had some trace synthetic auxin herbicide contamination (2,4-d). i'd give a couple weeks to straighten out and then kill it if it isn't better, the stress will likely result in a male or herm plant anyway.

thats just it, I hadnt bought any nutes until like the second month of growth...The first whole month was just tap water and miracle grow soil.

That might just be your problem If I read correctly you said that you added nutes to your MG soil what kind is it & what nutes were added. I'm thinking its more than likely nutes locked up or nute burn It happends to almost every newbie I made the same mistake if it is you are going to need to flush your plant with some ph'd water(i didnt mean ph down btw) I would also recommend either letting your water sit out for a day before use because the chlorine needs to evaporate you might have hardwater also meaning more salt and chlorine I to had the same problem and what I do is run an air pump with or with out an air stone on the end of it to pump air through the water to aide in the evaporation process I also have my water in a 4gal waterer it last me a couple weeks being that I currently only have 2 girls growing

You have a nice little genetic mutant there :-) Actually not that unusual but somehow they always seem to produce something a bit special. I've had only a few over the years and I love watching them grow :-) Often they produce more flowering tops due to that odd growth pattern so make sure you stick with it!

Some of my best yields have come from mutants......... good luck with it.
