My grow box has been reading 90 degrees! This isn't good i know. My plants have been showing early signs of heat stress and i need to know if my box needs a airduct? I have to fans blowing at the lights near the middle one intake one out take. There is two holes at the top of my box to for some ventilation but is not working. If i put dry ice in a watter bottle with the cap offwill that be a good way to induce more co2 for the higher needs of it. (in the higher heat) This is what my box looks like. Around 3ft deep by 4.5 ft long and around 3 ft tall. IMG_6595.jpgIMG_6596.jpgIMG_6597.jpg

What's wrong with the holes at the top of the box?? That's what would really help. Hook up a inline fan there with fresh air and another as an exhaust fan. Along with a carbon filter.

I say turn that intake fan around your box should have enough air leak to support it. If not drill a hole towards the bottom for more cool air intake and another thing I would look at is a Vicks cool air humidifier it brings humidity up and cools its basically a small swamp cooler.. They run like 25 but do those and you will see a huge drop man good luck

ya inline fans are a lot better i agree and ya you do want to get rid of hot air through the top but i recommend pulling that cool air from lower just so you aren't being counter productive. Also i agree with grandpa too you should get a carbon filter in less you are totally not worried about smell

I will once the plant are big enough. I have the lights screwed to the ceiling. If i have to, i will nail in the cords so they can be adjusted but my box is so short it's really hard to get in therrr.
