Pineapple..? 400w HPS Grow Tent

Nice set up. The plants looks very nice, aside form the curlin'.

i took a second look ...your tent isnt as small as i thought it to be.. u had mentioned that ur ph may be off? well thats somthing critical, that u should and will want to correct! if the ph isnt rite? youy plant cant successfully take in the nutes u give her, and that usually ends up in u thinking shell need more, ending up in a overdose of nutes! ph is always 1st thing u need to make sure is correct, wen facing any type of deficiency...
i would LOVE to show u a few pics from my set up. or even put them in a album on here, but i am new to the site and cant figgure out y my albums dont give the ioption to uploa pics, can ya help a brutha out??! lol
I can't tell you you can post your pics in here, but if you want to post pictures you could upload them as an attached file when you post, or you could go to an image uploading site and upload them all, and then come back here with the links.

Thanks for stopping in smokin, when I mentioned Monteray Gardens it's an organic insect spray. I was having problems with Thrips, but I think I caught it early enough to avoid any real damage. I'm going to treat it one more time and keep my eyes peeled.

That'd be great Robbie, post away. Hell post all your updated pics in here, I would love the comparison. I really have no idea what Pineapple strain it is, that's the only description that was on the bag....We had to grab the ac unit because our house has none, so its been getting a bit warm around here lately. I'm really hoping she's going to be a big girl, we veg'ed her long enough that's for sure. I wanted to make sure if I was only doing one plant that I used the space available properly.

This is my first grow with this set-up so it's all a learning experience for me. I actually think that I figured out that the leaves are curled because it's actually too cold in the tent, I raised the temp on the ac a bit and they seem to be straightening out lol. What an ass backwards problem haha

Day 12

Well the leaves are still curled a bit, but they're straightening out some too. The damage from the thrips seems to be under control and I don't see any new damage anywhere. She seemed good and light and the soil looked pretty dry so I went ahead and gave her, her first full (1/4 strength ph'd feeding). I just picked up a ph meter today and so I couldn't wait to use it. The water that I've been using has been at 6.9! So today when I fed I adjusted down to 6.3 and we'll see how she responds. I moved a few more branches around to promote more even growth so I have faith she's going to be a full happy little bush.

Nice Robbie! I let mine veg for quite a while before I flipped her, knowing I was only going to have one. What are the dimensions of your tent? I wish I had the floor space that you have. And how do you like those air pots?

Day 15

She's really taken off since that feeding, she seemed to really respond and like that mix I gave her. The canopy is still super uneven right now, but I'm going to move some stuff around a little later today or tomorrow when I water. I could water today, but I still need to get some ph down (our tap water is at 8.4) But here are some updated pics of her, gives you a great example of how well ventilated and temp controlled our tent is. That top is nearly touching the glass =)

Hopefully! The middle canopy has a lot of catching up to do, but it's on its way. With how well it responded to it's very first true ph'ed feeding, I'm confident things are going to turn around quickly. Realizing that throughout this entire grow it's been being fed with 8.4 ph water! So it should be interesting to see the growth in the next few waterings and feedings. When I go pick up the ph down I'm probably going to pick up some cal-mg to add to the mix as well. I'm already super excited to see this grow through, and prepare for the next one! Thanks for sticking around man.

For the next one we have beans for purple haze, blueberry, silver haze, and pineapple express (which i've narrowed it down, and I believe that's the strain that we've got going now...I think,,,any input???)

Hey Tokes looking good! My water from the tap is almost exactly what your is. Sometimes I use ph down but most of the time I use 3/4 of a teaspoon of Earth Juice Catalyst to bring the ph into the range I want.

I don't have any experiance with Haze's but Chris has grown out PE and I have a BB that's been in my garden for quite a while. You will love that Blueberry that much I know especially with a chick. It's one of those types of weed.....happy, euphoric and a great aphrodisiac (as if most weed isn't already ; )

You might want to think about staking up the 4 biggest stems,,,improves weight and when you do you can bring the taller branches down just a bit if you want. It's pretty nice looking the way it is kind of ampitheater style if you will.

If you look closely you can see I have'em staked up a bit, but I made moves and staked a few more up. I think im battling some definciency now...while I was staking them up, some of the fan leaves looked a little yellowish...im going to water her with ph'ed water and add that cal-mag to the feed for next time....

I saw your stakes I just couldn't see if they were helping the bigger branches or some other ones. I'm a fan of staking if you can't tell lol, it really allows the plant to put more energy into it's flowers

New pics are looking great mate , your deffo going to get some fat colas on her :)
Id save the Blueberry seeds until your a few more grows in and try some of the Hazes , Blueberry can be a pain in the ass to grow , even experianced growers can have trouble with it !
Ive only ever grow out the Lemon Haze before and it was absolulty killer dank ... i think most hazes have a peppery taste to them and there very head hitting highs.

Yes, the hazes are nice and smooth growing. Seem to be very forgiving(almost as if their own resins are getting them high, and they're like "Chill Bro, I got this veg and bloom shit... Now sit yo ass down, and stare at me some more ;) ).

I love my silver haze beans, and I've gifted so many out that I've only got a few left..
Maybe I should make S1's... I've got a few that I've already done, but have yet to plant them out to see how they go, but once I get shit in order(next year sometime) I'll break back into them. I love my silver haze beans...

So she looks like she has a strong cal-mag deficiency...My question is, when dealing with a spreading deficiency say you just watered...I wait the few days until the plant dries out and next feeding add nutrients accordingly? So all I can do is just watch her suffer until she's ready for a feeding?

Nah man, you wouldn't wait in your veggie garden..
go ahead and mix up your remedy, and water it in, just do it slowly as not to overly waterlog the roots... So maybe over the course of a day, keep pouring a little. Prolly won't need much even.
Roots will uptake better when already wet. For example I water my vegetable gardens, then 20 minutes to an hour later I'll fertilize.
You'll be ok if you want to go ahead and do it.
