i MUST find a better way to deal with this issue...
what i do is use a 60ml syringe.... lol. but what iv found with 5gal they dont need to be watered as often as 3gal, they do however require double the water..

Halloween snowstorm..... snow carried to much weight on the leaves of tree limbs and caused them to snap, big ass limbs, and fall over power lines and make a mess of shit...
MY power was out for 2 1/2 days. days 6, 7 and 8 of flower.
temps bottomed 49 degrees and humidity topped at 70.
i thought it was a rap for this batch.... i was fucking seriously depressed that all the work iv done was going to go to shit.... but......

Dude, you shouldn't use PVC in your grow room with HID lights. It can heat up and release a toxic gas that will kill your plants. That's what they say at least. yea i was jubilant in that vid that everything is ok!!
but like i say in the vid tahoe red will be binned soon. im giving it to sunday to be 100% sure its a he/she.
but thats ok, i have 5 High Rollers, 2 of which are ready to jump in to flower as soon as Tahoe Red exits

I found a gold mine at Home depot for this. Go in the building section where they keep the various sheets for covering large fluorescent lighting (like the ones you'd see in big buildings). There's one that is white plastic mesh. About $12 a pop, but they are super thin and elevate your plants just enough to let everything run off.

Good topic, I need to do the same. I could use a flush due to some PH mistakes I made and raising the container on something like this would make a flush much easier.

This only applies to certain tents made in china , i build my own tents , i use BLACKOUT , available at all good grow shops, used it for 15 years , stop scare mongering with your copy and pasting ....

the bottom piece, do you have something in the middle to prevent a middle bend? or is it strong enough to stay straight?
during your final flush, whats your process dealing with the extra runoff?
im thinkin about using my pump with a flex tube to the tray... im sure theres a better way lol

Mat - Yeah, I have a removable support leg in the middle to extra support. During routine flushes and/or final flush, everything goes into catch tub. From there I use either a fluid movement pump or big ass turkey baster depending on amount of fluid. Works well and having plants in soil raised on wired shelving gives me great air flow around containers. Oh, and the screen is on adjustable legs so I can adjust screen height on the fly depending on grow medium.

that originally would be day 14 of flower. but due to the lack of power its really like day 8-9, but ima call it what it is anyway, day 14 and take them to 60days or more. good bad idea?

this is after i trimmed..... i understand i can trim alot alot more. but.. its hard for me to cut completely healthy leaves... but i will if you guys tell me i must.
