was it a strain before the movie came out or did it happen afterwards?

either way i had no idea you could grow it but ive seen some pics of it on yotube.... was just wondering if anyones smoked it and id so - is it the shiznit? cross shaped joints at the ready

lol a lot of them are preoccupied with learning to grow weed and need to ask as many questions as possible and do as much research as they can - but yeah there are some very experienced growers on here and they are our friends - just wondering if anyone has smoked it/grown it?

in the seedbank and smoke reviews section there is a guy who has grown it. im new or i would add the thread. but its on the first page of smoke reviews. hope that helps.

attitude says genetics unknown. But it says citric smell and something else. I would guess its just another cross with some fruity weed that they slapped the name on but thats just a guess. I have not read about this strain at all. I suppose I could make a movie and have some killer shit on the movie and call it rainbow brite's pussy and someone somewhere would create a strain and name it that.

I've smoked it. Probably the smoothest smoke I've ever had! And no joke, it tasted like I was biting into a piece of pineapple! lol, I've never tasted anything like it before! It is some of the best I've had. And I'd assume it was a strain before the movie, dunno really tho.

i gota disagree! it was VERY disapointing. i thought it would b MUCH better than it was. SHIT i liked the medicine man waAAAAAAAAAY more....here it is....

That shit looks dope dog! And you see the thing is, I got my pineapple from a friend's garage..... Where he grew it..... Nice and fresh tasting, unbelievablly smooth! Maybe what I smoked was just grown better?... That's all I can think of... Cuz what I smoked definitely wasn't the absolutely best that I've smoked. But it was DAMN good still!

ive came accross some before the movie.. it was pretty dank but not tha best for sure.. ive been smoking some outdoor grape ape that is one of the best strains ive smoked..

Myth....Been a man of the culture for longer than most seed banks. Grew MTF and watched it "die". Sat with the dead and talked 420 before it was "known"....

I do agree with the last comment for sure. How would such a wonderful strain remain a secret, only for us to find out about from a hollywood movie? I would think that it'd be selling for 5x as much if they were waiting to debut this pot after a movie. That'd be some expensive advertisement! hahaha! But someone is making pure profit off a strain probably already had, without a name, or a quick cross once the movie's name was even heard of............
Who knows though, maybe it does taste very good.
