Could anyone help me find out what is going on with these two plants?

The first plant new growth is yellow, it still responds to the light yellow e.g leaves reaching up for light and seems to be growing, just more slowly.

Second one seems to have stopped growing, and it's leaves overall are pale, but not as yellow as the other plant.
I've got 9 other plants that are growing well, just these two seems to be having trouble.

All plants are planted in 53 litre (14 gallons) tubs in bagged soil with blood and bone mixed through and have been outdoors since October 7th.

What's sweet lime? Could I sprinkle powdered dolomite lime on the top and water?

Sorry for being a scrub/noob.

I'll use some powered dolomite lime I've got. Would powered lime correct the problem quicker then liquid lime do you reckon?
