i have an indoor grow with cfls. i have a nice homemade grow room. I was watering them and i had a piece of hard wood floor on top of the lights to help with heat against the panda film. well i accidently moved a light and the wood fell and sheared a whole side of 1 of my plants off.WOW....the only good thing is that it was cut perfectly and didnt harm the main stem...I am a little over 2 weeks in the buddin process....i took the 8 or 9 branches and i am trying to clone them. my questions are .1) will the plant survive that trama...2.)how long do i leave the branches in the clone dome?

I think the max prunage is 30%, then it goes into shock. I'm not exactly sure if you just got half a plant or what. I'd say it'll be just fine, after some shock, and stunted period. Keep the humidity up on the clones 'til they establish there roots ('bout 1-2 weeks).

Damn, I just imagined the whole thing. That would be a trip. Wow, you bump the lamp, you hear a noise, you realize it's the board slipping, you look, it's falling, it's over, and a quarter of your plant lays at your feet, and you're left with the feeling of "what the fuck just happened". LOL WOW...

i had similar things happen to a few of mine when i was still doing construction. the plant should be fine. and depending on the size of the clones they have a 50/50 of surviving. how tall was the plant?
