Plant.... circumcision?

So day 30 of flowering a Deathstar clone from my local shop, its got this nice little "candelabra" look goin' from where I FIM topped it...

wait...

Upon closer inspection... one of the top colas, right dead fuckin center... is a male flower, just standing there for all the world like he owns it.....

So before it opened n seeded out my whole damn room.... I nipped the tip off....

So my question... how bad will this piss off the plant? Is it just gonna ignore it, seal off the injured spot n move on? Would I be further ahead to remove the entire affected budsite?

She was doing so well up until this I would hate to do something silly n fuck her all up....

Itll die. Definately death is coming to the deathstar. Itll be fine, but if it is a ball then theres a good chance more are coming. Many more. Keep an eye out like a ninja hawk.

I would have put it in a box all by its self and made some seeds. I hear deathstar is pretty good.. I had a plant that selfed a while back and the offspring was better than the mother. If it had a pollen sacs i would nix it. If it had one flower petal hear and there I might keep it.

I'm with the Doc.. My seeded plants beans are turning out better than the plant they came off of. I collect the pollen also for experiments. I made a cross that turned out very nice and am working on two more.

I want to start making seeds, believe me... but I just cant risk the pollen in my flower room right now, and cant spare the plant or the space....

I can get more DS clones on a bi-monthly basis.... It hurt me to do it, but at this point I am scouring the plant looking for any more lol... Mebbe next time....
