Plant dieing? Possible to start over? (Picures)

Does this look normal?
The leafs have turned yellow and dieing.
The bud is falling over.
Is it possible to cut it like 1/2 inch below the bud and let it grow again? :confused:

If you cut all the leaves off it WILL die. How did it get like this in the first place? Is it a clone or grown from seed. If its a clone was it taken in flower or veg? It looks really sad to be honest...
 
It looks like a bud from mid-flowering. Do a little research here on cloning and you can see exactly what part of the plant you want to take from and when. You are going to have to start fresh though. At least invest in a cheap propagator to ensure future success. Good Luck and Happy New Year.

See Danky...it was that soft-white bulb. Glad you went back and got the daylight 5500K's. Once u get going again just don't drench your soil and buy Pro Mix soil if u can or low nute potting soil.
