Plant fell over, snapped roots...

Hey everyone, havent posted in here for some time! Anyway, my plant pot fell over last night, throwing my plant and soil out of the pot (didnt realise til this morning though)
Ive put as much soil I could find back in the pot, (only fills half the pot now though) and put the plant back in, however, some roots were snapped, and some are lying above the bottom of the plant, like near the top of the soil, still attached to the plant though. Only about 3 leaves snapped, the rest are fine. Looks like there was compacted soil round the rootball still, so hoping that may be ok still.
Will this survive, does it give a potential to turn the plant hermie, if it was going to be female? How long until growth resumes too.
many thanks

thanks guys, im hoping it will be ok, i just put the soil back on top of the broken roots tbh. A lot of the roots on the bottom of the soil were snapped, the main ones that seem intact are the rootball ones, well im assuming they are, didnt have a proper look as they had all the soil round still, why i think the roots are ok there.
how long will it take until growth starts again? at the moment, the leaves all look wilted. Ah, I havent got any root stimulator, will this still be ok?

They are resiliant. Give her a couple of days and she will bounce back.

Also, u mentioned that "u put as much soil back in that u could find" & "it only fills half of the pot" - be sure to ADD more soil so that your pot is filled again. Give her a light watering and if u have any superthrive, i suggest adding 1 cap per gallon.

il have to add more soil when I can buy some more tomorrow, I guess that il have to take the plant out again to do this though, as if i put the soil on top of what is there, it will cover the bottom leaves. The soil is already wet, from when it was raining last night, so dont need to water though.
