Plant magic soil bloom for hard water areas

hey the npk of this stuff is N-2.2 P-0.5 K-3.2 also has humate, trace elements magnesium, and calcium mixed at the correct proportions. I have been told this no good for bloom so why did the guy sell it to me. i intended to buy veging nutes but said bloom nutes by accident ha. so if they are no good for flowering are they any good food veg

just been told that low p helps bring out the fruity taste in bud thats why plant magic has low p in its soil bloom

anyone know if this is true?

Dunno buddy, I might be wrong but it could also be something to do with how coco holds the p?
