Plant pre flower male or female? *pics*

So as you can see in the picture the plant is showing some kind of pre flower but what is it ?
The plant is 1 week after the switch to 12/12
All stats are green in the soil-water-light section of the grow .
And another question.
Does the plant consume more water in the flowering stage?

iif has two hairs coming out of a teardrop shape is female I think

No the preflower has no hairs

Too early to tell, give it another week.

I see sex clearly in 7-14 days after 12/12. boys show 1st

I am pretty sure that is male even though it may look like a female pistil you can tell it isn't because it is too thick to be one.... I say you keep it for another week just to be sure but in my point of view it's a male.

Looks like a female to me, In my experience the male preflowers show up more round, that looks like a calyx to me. You will know soon enough anyway
