Plant Problems? Not sure

Ok well these plants are about 2 weeks old from seed and are under 24 hour flourescents. I water them with spring water every 1-2 days. The soil is all organic and has all the good stuff in it. Temps stay between 70-80F and humidity always below 30%.
Any ideas whats going on with these?

They look over watered and they look hungry. That's a nitrogen deficiency, nitrogen is what keeps the leaves green and is used the most in vegetative growth.

You can keep some cheap effective organic fertilizer called Alaskan Fish Fertilizer from home-depot or lowes..

How well is the drainage on your soil, and how many watts of CFLs are you using, and what color spectrum are they(2700k or 6400K)

Edit: If you have some money to dispose, you can go down your local hydro/gardening shop and try to get some fertilizers that will cary you through vegging and through flowering. You will need strong fertilizers for flowering than in vegging.
