can stake up your plant with metal or should i use plastic and what do you use to stake them up

Plastic, u dont want rust in ur soil. Zip-ties. Or u can use string or rope and tie them up to the cieling

I personally stay away, most lumber is treated with who-knows-what. Moist wood runs the risk of mold, not good. Some metal stakes have a protective coating on them. Safe bet is the green hard plastic ones. Cheap and will last forever, literally..
