planting and leaving unattended all summer

I go camping a cpl times every summer in a really remote area (canoe and portage there) if I plant a some that are a few weeks old will they survive all summer unattended, there are many lakes and lush soil everywhere. I'd plant right into.ground ? What type of.site should I look for

It's possible but wouldn't be as easy as planting n leaving they need a steady water supply especially in augus,t when it can get real hot n dry u can add polymers to ur soil to hold water between rains but this will just prolong the time between watering and some, people claim it can make ur bud taste like plastic other clam no side effects I have had no personal experience with them but am using on two of four of the same strain this season to see a differnce also make sure u get the right ones there are two type so do some research on this site about them
I would suggest bringing water in from a stream at a higher elavation so u can use hose to gravity feed ur plants is Probly ur best bet since ur not gonna be able to visit often to give nutes your gonna have to ammend the soil.I would suggest getting a hold of some fem seeds so u don't have to visit. to sex the plant but I would n e way to check for herms n also u might want to visit to see if the fully grown folliage of surronding vegatation is blocking
that good old sun .there
is lots of info on this site to help u through this so good luck put alittle more efforts n it will pay of what's that sayin again smoke a man up get him high once teach a man to grow smoke him up forever

Yes, it's feasible. The problem is establishing them, if it doesn't rain and you leave them unwatered right after planting they won't make it. Once roots have developed, they are remarkably drought tolerant. I've done it, but watered early. We had no rain for the entire month of July, I didn't return until October. They made it just fine, only the drought slowed vegging...wound up being only half the normal size had I watered and fed.
