ok I'm growing in soil< i use Jiffy pucks for clones and now seedlings but I was wondering if I can use Thrive-B1 and Kick Start to help promote a healthy plant right from the get go

I always wait until I see rapid vegetative growth before I add any nutrients.
the Kick star is to help promote healthy root development , I was reading it that you mix some in some warm water and soak the jiffy puck in it and dip the cutting into rooting agent but its also used when you trans plant, kick start is 1-2-1, B-1 Thrive says to promote rooting and it is 1-1-1.5.

I was wondering if I give them a very small amount to help with the seedlings since the food is a very weak mixture and the % are for 1L of water

I'm sure it's fine, it's a low amount of nutes, and it's specifically for root development.

There are good seedling nutes, but I stick to the no nutes for 1st three weeks...I found that the nutes gave the plant too quick a start.....IMO
