Plants and wattage for a 48x48x78 grow tent

Ok I have decided on using a grow tent and going with the G13 Northern LightsxSkunk strain. I will be using Foxfarm Ocean Forest for soil. I was thinking 1000 watt MH and HPS for lighting. Would a lower wattage work? How many plants can I successfully grow in this space? What kind of yield (approximately) should I expect if things go as planned? Thanks again you guys.

1000 watt not necessary for that size a 600 or even 400 watt would work 1000 may get to warm. I have a 400 watt for a 36",48", 60" and it works wonders, but its up to you, you can get that big of a one if you want your plants will grow bigger for the most part! strong light=stronger plant Hotter room=Shitty yield it depends. I would go with a 600 watt for that size. I would look at some grow journals and see what some have for that size tent!

This is a Homebox XL 56" X 56" X 7?", I'm running a 600 MH and HPS, with DWC and 36 in a SOG. This is the first time through so I have no predictions for you but I would assume depending on veg time about 1/2 oz per plant....(Guessing that is and assuming a SOG method)
