Plants are Dying

Looks to me like you need a lot more light because of the stretching, also is that other seedlings in the same pot? Perhaps you've been over watering aswell.

If that were my plant I'd remove the other seedlings, get more lights.... And just water with plain water until it started to thrive. What type of dirt are you using, does it have nutes?

Yes, it could. Does your pot have good drainage? Did you add perlite to your soil? Did you add lime? How ofter are you watering? Are you using nutes? How old is the plant?

There are several things going on here...

1) Dont put seedlings in the same pot as a bigger plant you lazy bastard...
2) I can tell just from looking at it that the soil you're using is crap and has no aeration whatsoever. You need some pearlite or something in there to let air get to the roots. Also the consistency is all wrong. Soil should be light and fluffy. Yours looks clumped and dense. Dont skimp on the soil, youll regret it. As a result of this, its almost definite that you're over watering. Let the soil get nice almost completely dry before rewatering. A finger into the soil about 2-3 inches in without feeling any moisture means NOW its time to feed again.
3) You probably have a compounding set of problems here. In that kind of soil, your plant was probably already on the edge of crappin out on you. Transplanting is stressful for them, and it probably sent it over the edge. Looks like you are definitely not getting enough light which is causing the lower branches to wilt and die. Furthermore, the fringes of your top leaves are showing signs that its too hot wherever they are or theres not enough humidity.
4) Check the pH of the water you're putting in and get it to about 6.5, and give it some balanced nutes.

Your plant isnt beyond reprieve yet, but it will be soon. Do your research, do it right, or dont do it at all.

I've never added anything to the soil, It sits by a window for a light source, I water it every two days, and I think its like two months old or less. To be honest, I don't know jack shit about these plants. This is my very first experience growing anything besides some perennials outside. My friend thought it would be funny to give me some strange seeds one day and told me to germinate them and plop them in a cup. The bigger they got, the more I fell in love with them. They are my babies :) If you could tell me what kind of nutrients to buy I would get it, but right now I'm at a loss as to what to give them.

You should probably put them outside instead of up at a window, they'd get more light, it does look like they're stretching like Mrcatatonic said,

lol yea if you buy some lights just 30$ could get you two 68 watt cfls enough for you to really fall in love with the plants when you see the beatiful flowers growing you can use grinded up egg shells as nutes if you dont got anything else

Looks like you've been overwatering, among other things. Like others have said you need to put something that helps with the drainage. Seedlings in the same pot as something else is a no-no IMHO.
