Plants dying from bottom up

I have been having problems last couple of run with cannabis plants looks like dying from bottom up, been growing for over 10yrs haven’t changed anything in my feeing everything was going great as usual I did notice that the soil is been using seem wetter than normal and plants sre not taking up as much wate. Soil roots organic original, possibly bad soil, I can’t figure it out. TIA.

Are these indoor or outdoor plants? What kind of air flow are you working with? What temps are they running in? Is your humidity high? What nutes are you feed them? I'm thinking salt build up. Are you using any sort of beneficial bacteria or microhaze? You said you were growing in roots organic, are you hand watering? If you are on some automation with water, have you checked the lines?
 
Hand watering, in veg using cultured biologic tea once a week, 1tsp per gallon with rootwise every 2weeks then continue to 2 weeks in flower, then top dress with Gaia Green bloom with earthworm castings, 6 weeks in top dress with roots organic bloom booster til 1 week before harvest, then water only.
