Plants getting too tall.

Well, I have 2 plants, that are getting really tall indoors.. What should I do to keep them down (they're flowering right now, about 4 weeks in), should i just bend them? I don't have much room to raise the lighting, and I'm assuming topping it is too late of an option. What do?

im no expert but if your four weeks into flowering they shouldnt be getting any taller now just bud growth

Yeah, depending on the strain they will stretch for 2 weeks plus then slow down to a snails crawl in growth when they stop stretching. If I were you bend them down slowly each day. or just move them to the sides of the grow room, tie them to the side or move all your tallest ones to the corners of the room.

at 4 weeks , they will not get much taller . Just fatter and sticky .
